Royal Nettoyage

This is the second time they cleaned my drier vent.
Friendly and very competent. What I thought the most of was that the technician found three $20 bills and handed them to me! I shared the loot, of course! How honest!!!!

Hi Jemi was the technician and it was a difficult carpet cleaning job. He was direct and honest which I really appreciated. Thankfully the job was well done and he saved my carpets from being ripped out. Thank you!

I used Royal for cleaning my sofa. The quoted price was slightly lower than some of the competitors but when the cleaner arrived I was informed that the back cushions were not included in the quote because they were not attached to the couch(even though they are part of the couch). The price with the back cushions was about 80% higher than the original quote.

The cleaning job was excellent but I wish they had asked all the questions needed to be able to give a proper quote. Some of the competitors had asked how many cushions were on the couch when they made their quote.

I had them come in to clean the vents for our dryer, the HVAC system and air exchanger. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They responded quickly to my initial request, they were able to come quickly on short notice. Overall a very positive experience.
