He was easy to reach and made the process very convenient. we booked 2 people for 3 hours Deep cleaning. the crew arrived on time. one of them could speak both English and French which was convenient as I don't speak French. they were professional and accomodating! we needed them for longer than we had booked for and Matt was kind enough to arrange for them to come back. overall great experience!”

“Not the best and not the worst place to do your laundry. Indeed, when you walk in it looks outdated, I mean very outdated. I've been using this place for over 3 years and never had a problem with a machine stealing my money be it washer or dryer. You just need to pay attention to the settings. As for cleanliness, it is as clean as it could be given its age, and the age of the person who takes care of it. And they do take care of it. Sure there is room for improvement but it's not like you're going to catch a virus or something like that. Bottom line, you might be put off when you walk in but the machines do work, if some of them don't, they'll be marked as unusable. It's inexpensive and clean enough(not dirty) to do your laundry if you don't have washer and dryer and live in this area. Despite the fact that it is outdated it is good and safe place to do a laundry. I've been doing mine for a few years, never had a problem.Mind you, Saturdays and Sundays afternoons are very busy despite the negative reviews, so plan accordingly.”
