Chauffage Rochon is a family business with 3 very experienced plumbers. I had originally called what is likely the biggest plumbing company in the west island who sent me a kid with little experience and even less skill. Plumbing is one domain where youth is not an advantage. I've read the 1 star reviews, certainly not my experience. I highly recommend this company.

We thank Mr. Bolduc so much for his work! Three months ago he did an excellent job: He came out on a Friday afternoon at short notice to fix the toilet when two others said we would have to wait two days, despite that being an urgency! Without asking him, he also adjusted the water level. A very thorough job.
A couple of days ago, he fixed the old shower, finding a replacement cartridge when others could not!

Mr. Bolduc is the best!

My wife left a message that we needed emergency water heater replacement on Monday of a holiday weekend. They called me at 7:00 am Tuesday, they were at my house by 8:00 and the new tank was in before 9:00. Fast, professional, friendly. I highly recommend them.

The sewer was backing up into our basement. They arrived less than 10 minutes after I called. They were ready with their equipment and were very professional. Job done in about 30 minutes at a reasonable price. On top of all that they were very friendly. We will definitely use this company again.

A wonderful family business that you can always count on! I consider myself lucky to be one of their loyal clients as they have helped me time and time again. I rely on them for all of my commercial and residential plumbing needs and am always extremely happy with their service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Many times they have gone above and beyond to help resolve my emergencies (flooded basement, radiator repairs, busted pipes, water tank replacement, clogged drains, etc.) often coming over right away or within 1-2 hours of calling. I highly recommend the entire team at Rochon, they are the best!
