-Hausse the quality of the generalized service in the taxi industry;

(March 8, 2017, 3:09 pm)I used THEO for the first time yesterday at around 4 O'clock ,car314, from nuns island to the corner of Stanley and Rene Lévesque. Unfortunately the driver did not seem to know where he was going and not using the designated lanes for taxis and busses. On the corner of Rene Levesque and University going north he wanted to turn right going east I had to tell him to go left on Rene Levesque and use the taxi lane instead of being stuck in traffic he wanted the ride to last as long as possible I was in a rush. Please take this as constructive criticism I am sure your overall service is much better
