Ride was fine
I don't even mind the waiting time that much, even price, it is what it is, it's Montreal, road work and stuff.
Still your estimator should be tweaked because false expectations leads to disappointment.
(Or maybe your app for the driver, driver used Waze... Then again maybe took some liberties, to be fair because of road work/traffic)
