Apple Express Courier

UPDATE: Apple Express finally found my address and came and delivered at my door at my work address. I had gone by that stage but it was there when i came back Monday. Many thanks. I still think they need delivery people who can think on their feet and make decisions about dropping off mail, and when they cant deliver, not state they are sending it right back to the sender. A quick call to the recipient will also help prior to delivery.
Additionally I called the help line and the person on the other end did help and had my delivery rescheduled, which was very helpful.

I have had issues with any packaged delivered with this company. I am on a university campus and the address is pretty clear, yet I get notifications saying they cant find me or the address and then return item to sorting place. Any other company finds their way here. thousands of mail items are delivered daily, yet Apple express just cant find it. One package took 5 attempts over 2 weeks and I even emailed them and said call me when on site, and they still managed to mess that up. Please sort it out.

item arrived 12 days ahead of schedule. this created significant changes for delivery availability ( i was leaving in 4 hrs for 10 days!). customer service re routed my delivery and in less than 2 hrs they delivered same day in order to accommodate my schedule. all staff including delivery driver were pleasant and helpful
