“Normally very happy with their products but customer service needs help. I order all my special occasion cakes from there (3 baby showers, 4 birthdays and 1 baptism). Don't tell me one thing and then say something else. I called at 8am to inquire on a cake and was told 48 hours and if I needed a cake for the weekend I needed to call back by end of day. I called back 10 minutes later to place the order and was told it was too short notice and she hung up. Seriously ? I love your products but won't return because the person who answered was a real piece of work !”
