“This is the second time that I attend a wedding at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well upkept. The cocktails were held under a tent on the patio. There was a great variety of delicious appetizers. We then went inside to a room with a two sided curved staircase for the ceremony. The ceremony was postponed 30 minutes while all the candelabras were lit. The room had great acoustics. We moved again to the room setup for dinner and dancing. The wait staff were polite and helpful if slightly disorganized. Some diners got a fish entree and a fish main course. It is midnight and still no dessert. All in all the dance floor was quite busy and again great acoustics. A great place for a party. .”

“We stayed for 4 nights with a group of 17, 10 adults and 7 children. We were treated very well overall. We had 2 King suites which were amazing with kitchenette. 3 double rooms that were a bit cramped with small a bathroom and no fridges. However we did manage because of the big king suites. The pool and splash pad is great for kids. The restaurant catered to all our needs and the staff was great. Food was exceptional. Our suggestion to the hotel management would be that if you’re staying with a family of 5 it would be nice to have bigger double rooms with fridge and larger bathroom.”

“I got stuck here in Montreal when Lufthansa messed around with my flight... but that’s another review. When they gave me the voucher to this hotel, I quickly looked it up on TripAdvisor and saw it was a 3 star. I wasn’t looking forward to this. But when I got here the staff put me in my room quickly. The room I was given was nice, clean, updated and comfortable. I was truly surprised. The restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. So I told the front desk that there were about 20 of us with vouchers. They did their best to keep the kitchen open and serve what they could. It was fish, rice, and some macaroni salad. Normally I expect better but when people in the service industry go out of their way to help you with whatever they can, I appreciate it.”

“Good building security. No entries if no access card. The rooms are hot in summer, though the corridors and other common areas are cooled by air-con. Double occupancy studios are small. In room kitchen is basic with limited space to cook, but have space for additional drawer to extend. Washroom with shower is ok. Overall cost is 410$ per person for a double occupancy studio. Pay 700$ and you can take the whole studio, than it will be spacious. 2 washing and 2 drying machines on each floor. 2$ for each time of use, so 4$ to wash and then dry.”
