(April 12, 2018, 1:28 pm)I found "Nettoyeur Franc" after my regular cleaners accepted a expensive dress of mine to clean and when I pickup my order they told me they cannot clean my dress as there is a risk of the colour running into the collar. I was extremely disappointed. While driving down Jean Talon I spotted "Nettoyeur Franc" and decided to go in and find out if he could clean my dress. I advised him of my regular cleaner's warning on the colour running.
I took my dress to him and he said he could clean it; to my surprise I picked up my dress and it was beautifully cleaned no underarm stains. I have now made Franc Nettoyeur my regular cleaners and I extremely satisfied with the warm personalised efficient service. I am an extremely satisfied customer...thank you "Nettoyeur Franc"
