“Aug 2021: I recently purchased an acacia dining table and matching bench, with assistance from Wang. As I was doing an online order, I was worried about making a purchase and not being able to see the tables in person. I messaged Wazo on Facebook and Wang quickly replied and answered all of my questions with a quick phone call and also gave me more information about the products I was looking at. After the call, he sent some photos of the products they had in store and it was so easy to communicate through text. Throughout the process, there was no pressure to make a purchase, and he told me that once I was ready to make a decision, I can contact him to do the purchase. There were some follow-up items after that call and he quickly got back to me within a couple of hours with answers! The purchase was done over video call and it was really easy and quick to go through! It was nice having that "in person" experience from the comfort of your home. I will update my review once I receive the table and bench, but the customer experience so far has been 10/10. Would highly recommend Wang! EDIT: Nov 2021 - I've received the tabletop and bench legs. Waiting to receive the legs for the table and the bench!”
