“My Thermopomp basically died after 12 years (normal) and I called my usual service company who couldn't come for 3 weeks. Instead I call DB and they came in 2 days found the problem which wasn't good. They were able to temporarily fix the problem and gave me a quote for a new machine. It was very reasonable and I agreed. They came back after a few weeks installed the new high efficiency thermo pump in a professional manner. Very please with there professional service, attitude and fair price. Highly recommend.”
