“Yannik was very professional. He called by 8am, as I was told he would, and arrived on time too. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I had. The ladies I dealt with by phone at Trans Global were also very polite and helpful.They had to call me again to set up another appointment when the part ordered was in. This combined system of calling and confirmation the same day by the technician works. It respects the technician's time as well as the customer's.
