“Very nice public library that just got a recent makeover. The result is a very welcoming space with gorgeous light. Both the borrowing and the return systems are now automatic. Wide variety of books, novels, comics, manga, movies, music... The study/work spaces are limited but there are always some places left, with access to a power outlet to plus in your computer charger. If you ever need something however, maybe due to all the recent changes, you can be asked to wait for quite a bit. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes to signal a missing book and saw a line-up at the technician desk on my following two visits. There might be an adjustment period for a few weeks/months.”

“The library is a little bit small, and I dont see if there's a playroom for the kids. Maybe many services are limited this period because of Covid-19. The ladies at the front-desk are nice and helpful.”

“It’s a fine library but not the best place to study if you’re a uni student due a lack of seating and fixed height chairs that are inadequate for the desks. The result of the latter leads to a very awkward arm resting position while typing.”

“Good small library, staff at the Center needs to be more friendly and smile more. Sometimes you get the vibe that they're doing you a favour and they forget that the citizens taxes pay for their salary. They need to organize more activities for the adults and offer more books. Please keep working to improve your services and remember to serve your community and serve it well. Thank you!”

“Is perfect to grab some books. Since is smaller than the main in St Jean is easier/faster to get what you are looking for. Has also a nice kids area!”

“This library has a reputation for being loud but it is because they are doing an exceptional job of welcoming the youth. This library is cultivating a love of books and learning to a whole generation. While other industries such as journalism have faltered with the introduction of the Internet, libraries have somehow made themselves even more relevant. Be thankful youth are in the library rather than out in street.”
