  Hotel is charming! A bit language challenged but with google translate we made it. Sadly very disappointed we tried to book the spa for three people but all booked they tried to accomadate 1 person on different days which did not work but it's okay we will survive without the experience. I must say this is the difference between a big hotel chain and smaller hotel.

  Reason that I give 3 stars is the noise. The air conditioner/heating is SO loud that when it goes off, I feel like at the Chute Monymorency. We changed room because the first room was on top floor and there was a constant humming sound coming from the top of the roof. The second room was on the first floor, and I could tell exactly at what time the guy upstairs went to bed, went to the bathroom and got up. Other than noose, all the rest is satisfying.

  A nice place to stay because of it's location to old Quebec City and Mont Sainte-Anne/Le Massif. The rooms are clean and cosy. The bed is a little hard for me, but I was able to get a good night's sleep every night. I wanted to visit the spa, but there was no availability for the days of my stay.

  Clean, modern, and large rooms. Close to Old Quebec and other attractions. Would recommend to others.

  The staff at the hotel is super helpful and friendlyto say the least, I stay here every year for a convention in town and it feels like staying with family. The rooms are super clean and the property is well maintained. Perfectly located as well.
