“If you would like to feel the French spirit of Quebec city try this hotel! I chose it, particularly because of the traditional design ( it looked different than other hotels) and location. I stayed two nights, the breakfast was fresh and delicious! It is close to all amenities, I was in unit 4 and enjoyed the sound of rain hitting the roof on a rainy night which made a pleasant memory along with the old European design of the room. It was also very clean and you feel you are living in the one-century back! Highly recommended.”

The room could be a little better; lighting is not the best, furniture is a bit old and an odd placement for the sink, outside of the washroom. The pool was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend for anyone seeking a cheap stay near the city centre.”

“We stayed here towards the end of September 2021. Once we got there, it felt so comfortable like a home. It was immaculately clean as if no one had ever stayed there before. We stayed in the King Size room and there was so much space in the unit. Everything that you could think of was provided and we hardly heard anyone else staying there. I don't know if this is because you have to be over 21 to stay there. The only critique I could provide isn't even their fault. There was a ton of construction in and around the building when we stayed. They started right around 7 in the morning and it made it difficult to walk around the area, typically causing us to make a detour around the area. This would make even getting an Uber difficult. However, the construction won't be forever. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and we're already thinking of the next time we can go back to Quebec City to stay here!”

“The loft was fantastic overall, great decor, clean. Why ever go to conventional hotels when we can have something like this? Paid parking was available nearby (Dorchester parking lot) at a reasonable rate. The location is also about 30 mins walk from Old Quebec, real convenient.”

“Such great value! Our flight landed late, and we didn't get to the hotel until 11:30pm when all restaurants (even the McDonald's, A&W) have closed. The gentleman at the counter checked us in so quickly and professionally but on top of that, he offered to serve us our complimentary grab-and-go breakfast for dinner. Couldn't have asked for better service! Also, the rooms were clean, very updated and so so comfortable! Really couldn't have asked for much more :)”

“The suites situated in a less crowded location in the Quebec City. We rented a decent size suite for family of 4 and a dog. The unit is spacious with a relaxing living area (sofa bed) and a dining area (a set of 4 dining table) but without a kitchenette. However, the unit has a small fridge and microwave. The unit is clean and neat. In addition, two comfortable queen size beds with in a nicely furnished room. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit. Great place for budgeted family trip.”

“This is not a 5 star hotel. It’s a nice 4 star hotel. Travel sites insist on branding it as a five star hotel, but there’s not a single aspect by which this hotel can be considered outstanding. It’s not an iconic building located on a landmark; rooms are decent and clean, but nothing fancy; food and amenities are okay; service is just fine. I’m not factoring in the location, 20 minutes away from old Quebec.”
