So 45 minutes wait to get my car, while the employee tries his best to serve the eight people in front of me. Seeing all other rental cars desks free from customers is really annoying at the Avis decision to only staff its desk with one person.”

One time, they even put me through to their competitor because they didn't have a cab available right away and didn't want me to wait forever by a pretty cold weather.
