(October 29, 2021, 2:09 am)It’s clear that the butcher is truly passionate, he makes you feel as if you’ve known him forever! The work on the meat is incredible and it is of very good quality! The detour is definitely worth it.
(August 23, 2021, 1:23 am)Pleasant service, we chatted with the owner who is very interesting! The meat is well prepared, and the advice given for cooking was perfect! We loved the flank steak marinated in whiskey Bbq. The salty meat salad was a great discovery!
The sausages were less to our liking.

Our frozen artisanal sausages (well-wrapped in newspaper) made it to Montreal without thawing... Meal with friends, sausage and beer tasting in sight, yum...
