It is a must try in Forestville and a good place to fill yourself before heading for a long drive. We love everything. The dishes were simple and very family friendly. “Service was nice and warm and so was the food! We took the sausage poutine, the 565 poutine and the crab guédille. Definitely skip the small size for a medium to make it worth the price (for reference : sausage poutine was a small and 565 poutine was a medium). The only con I could find was the amount of flies that are present on site. It's quite unfortunate that the atmosphere is a bit ruined because of them.”

“Unassuming but quaint local spot for classic casse croûte fare. Their all-dressed includes grilled onions (on the burger AND the hot dog!) Big fan of that. Their bbq gravy is beyond dank (in a good way) but maybe choose the ‘sauce brune’ if you’re not feeling adventurous. Personally, I asked for a half-and-half and they gladly obliged this out-of-towner. Other reviews have called out their penchant to prioritize locals, but that’s not the case. They do, however prioritize orders that are called ahead, so keep that in mind if you don’t want to wait too long for your food.”

“Authentic general store where you used to find everything. (but with today's prices.) Access is easy because you park right in front with the beautiful view of the river. At Jumaje you can actually find everything on 2 floors. From shoelaces with winter boots to craft accessories such as knitting needles, paints and even PEBEO. The youngest will be delighted to go up to see the "toys" and various games. The drawing and painting section is surprising in terms of the quantity and diversity of equipment.
