1:30pm Zodiac 16 October 2022. Chose a beautiful day. We saw 5 different types of whales inc Belugas which is why I came. We saw a humpback whale breach (jump fully out of the water) right next to the boat. It was really amazing.

I love how respectful the naturalist was to have a system of people standing and sitting. While also her English was really great. The narration was mostly French but appreciated the English. The naturalist also said we were very lucky to have so many wildlife encounters and that this was the best tour all year. And for the last few weeks they found a humpback whale and would just follow it on dull cloudy days.

I was hesitant to spend the $115 inc tax on the tour but I believe it’s really worth it even if we hadn’t seen any animals. They don’t have a prediction on what is out there. The animals are wild. But I appreciate their patience as they indulged me on these questions.

They said on the water it was -15 degrees and to dress appropriately. Im glad I did, but the wind is still very cold. They provide waterproof shells too, jackets and bottom. No shoes. I didn’t get wet at all, but maybe that was the sea-conditions for the day. Had a lovely chicken soup afterwards to warm up.

Take precautions if you get seasick! I did and still felt a little sick as I’m sensitive. Enjoy the tour folks!

Did the zodiac tour at 1:30pm and had the BEST time! Our captain and guide were so much fun. We saw so many whales it was truly unbelievable.

I'd never thought I'd be able to see whales on my first ever trip, the stories of going thru the 2 hour trip and not being able to see one whale was repeated to me several times...but this September of 2021 was the biggest sightings of whales on record.
No matter where I looked, there was whales everywhere. Would definitely recommend everyone to try this out.

Really incredible team. The check in people were very friendly and advised us on safety and general guidelines. We bought tickets online for the zodiac tour.

The navigator/sailor was amazing. He asked us if we wanted to chance it at seeing a blue whale and we did!!

We saw every single specie of whale on the St Lawrence and he even let us stay a couple of minutes longer to see the tails of the whales as they turned.
