“We stayed here in July 2022 for 5 nights. The chalet is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay including kitchen stuffs, bedding and furniture. There are two single beds and two queen beds and one washroom with laundry. The chalet is surrounded with trees with good privacy on the side of the main Tadoussac street. There was also a private parking which was seen from the window. The place is very close to Tadoussac's main shops and is also very safe. Charles is also a very friendly person and nice to talk to.”

“Festival on a human scale and accessible artists. Only downside: parking on the street is not easy or even impossible because of the vignettes where only residents seem to be able to obtain them. For this kind of event attracting people from outside, it would be necessary to make available (e.g. on a website) all the information on possible parking lots (locations, number of spaces, price per hour, hours of operation, etc.).”

“Got the Provençal wasn’t sure if it should be a hand held or knife n fork - a bit too much going on, could do without the balsamic, the fior was cold / cool would’ve preferred it more melted, the veg ratatouille was also lukewarm but the bun was fantastic. No complaints about the crepe. Servers seem to avoid English speaking tables.”

“We grab pizza from IDA’s and eat it on the little front porch. It was delicious and the staffs were super friendly. I would definitely recommend you grab a pizza and head to the beach to enjoy. IF you have kids it’s also great because it faces a kid’s park with views on the water.”

“We recently stayed a night at the hotel Le Pionnier in Tadoussac. It's a decent hotel for a 2 star rating in the heart of Tadoussac. The check-in was quick and the lady checking us in was polite. The room itself was ok with just the basics. There is a coffee machine but you need to bring your own coffee. The bathroom small and the bed was small too for 2 people. They have decent wifi and there is free parking on-site. It would have been nice to provide a microwave or access to one for guests. Overall it's a good hotel for a night or two. Price is reasonable too.”

“The hotel makes you feel like you are transported back in time with the iconic charm and feel to the hotel. There is a breakfast offered for 20 if you book the night before, 26 if you walk in. Lovely sitting area on the main floor. Can be quite a walk to your room if you're in the furthest one from the door. Lovely second floor patios to look at the ocean. Bed was very comfy, shower had great pressure and heat. Overall, would highly recommend staying here!”
