What a great dealership to do business with. From the moment I met Daniel to the time I drove away with the car, everything went smoothly. Other dealerships can learn from these guys. They gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and did not try push a lot of little EXTRAS on me just to make a few extra bucks. A+ all the way!

In all honesty, my wife and I can find no fault in any of the incredible service that we have received at Albi Kia St Eustache. (sounds biased, but trust me, I am not easily approached) We don't have the habit of writing reviews, but we feel the need to share our experience.
From the moment we walked in, to the initial discussions all the way final pricing, everything was easy going and comfortable. Jacob, our representative, was honest, straight forward, listened to what we wanted and didn't want ( finally a dealership that understands that sales isn't always about constant up-selling ). Julie at financing was just as welcoming, straight to the point and open about solutions.
Tonight was the big reveal, greeted by our brand new Sorento LX V6 sitting in front of the dealership,when we walked in , we were greeted by Eric, he didn't just deliver the car, he covered all the final bases, by the time he was done we were chatting as if we were next door neighbors.
Our family has been in the car business for 50 years combined, and trust me when I tell you they are a breath of fresh air! Kudos and top marks to everyone, we recommend Jacob any day of the week!

Car selection is good but the lack of service is appalling. I understand the idea of not tackling a customer the minute that they walk in but my wife and I walked in and waited for almost 20min before someone would answer some simple questions.
