I live in Vancouver and wanted a 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter van with low mileage to use for a camper van conversion. I couldn't find one in western Canada with the specs I was looking for, but found the perfect one at Empire Auto in St. Eustache, Quebec. This meant that I needed to buy the van without seeing it first, and then have it delivered to Vancouver, so there was a fair bit of trust involved! Fortunately both Danny and Michael (the manager) made the whole process painless. When the van arrived in Vancouver it was exactly as I expected except that there was a part missing from the rear cargo doors. When I brought this to Michael's attention, he had his service department arranged payment with the local Mercedes dealership here in Vancouver so I could simply pick the part up at no cost. Excellent customer service--I highly recommend them.
