I went to pick up my Velec R-48 electric bike on Saturday June 26 and I am really very satisfied with the quality of the service. The owner gave a lesson to everyone who came to pick up their new bike. He took the time to really explain what to do. He also installed my new bike rack on my SUV. The 3 people who work at this place are very kind. Many thanks and I recommend this store to everyone. Impeccable service!

Great service and good price
I just bought a velec electric bike for myself. I can't believe the explanations received, the kindness and the time it took to fully explain the operation to me as well as for the test. Took the trouble to adjust everything to my size and for my comfort. I had a contrary experience at a different address .... I left the bike warehouse with a huge smile and satisfaction. Thank you to the woman who served me, to her daughter and the owner ... to the pleasure
