Edit: I had some issues with the bike which caused me a lot of anxiety. The fact that I live almost 300km from Studio Vélo made it even more difficult to solve the problems. Félix-Antoine was super professional and offered me several solutions. I opted for the option of exchanging the bike. François, their mechanic even came home on the weekend to make sure I left with a bike in impeccable condition. They took the time to reassure me and answer my questions. I even got a pair of socks, a bottle holder and a bottle for free! They also offered me a discount on a suspension pump. Extremely satisfied with my experience.
