“A modern, clean cut decor in an agreeable setting and keen staff provides for an enjoyable ambience but the quality of the food is not up to the hype. The 'Pizza Rustique' was marginally better than the frozen supermarket variety, the "Frites Belge Maison" came with a smartly seasoned dip but were soggy, over cooked and not related to anything Belgian, and the "Poulet frit" was ... meh. Le Roux may have only recently opened but, for the time being, there are several better places to eat in and around Bromont.”

“I actually think this might have been the best lunch of my life. Corn waffles, a poached egg, fennel salad with little pea shoots, and pesto. It was an exquisite balance of crunchy, soft, sweet, salty, fresh, and unctuous. Sublime! The ambiance is amazing, the service is next-level, and the lighting is perfect. I love this place. And the coffee. Don't get me started on the coffee at this place. Just amazing! 🤤 ☕️”
