He helped us design the ring to match an element of my fiancée’s ring and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. He provided live updates with videos and photos of the ring being made, surprised us with an adorable custom made piano box (I’m a musician) to store my ring in, gave us wooden earrings and a super cool beaver chewed pencil, and was overall a lovely person to work with.
