I had an "above expectations" experience with sales agent Marc Andre, and his supervisor, Marco. They were willing to deal on price and Eric very patiently spent the time needed with me pouring over tile samples to find the right ones. Orders were placed and received promptly, even in a situation where a mistake was made by the store, and complicated by the shipper/supplier. It was Faggion who continued to take responsibility for the correction and made happen what we needed from them and what they had pledged. Exceptional, boutique-like service, professional service, lots of beautiful choices. Marc Andre said he treats customers like a friend and I felt this care in his work ethic. This meant a great deal; I was one of those stressed customers trying to put together a whole new house decor, not always consistent in my decisions.
