“Our mycologist tour guide was Yvan Perreault, the president of the Cercle des Mycologies de Lanaudière et de la Mauricie. He was so passionate and so knowledgeable about mushrooms. Our walk through the fields and the forest was nice and the wild mushroom hunt was super fun. Highly recommended. Note that the tour was only offered in French. A few tips: bring garden gloves, a basket, wear long pants, and waterproof shoes. This way you'll get to explore the less walked paths of the forests and find more mushrooms!”
