Friendly, accessible and clean working team. Their rate was very reasonable. When mistakes were made, Tessier took it upon himself to fix them personally and showed patience in complex situations, even several months after the work was finished. “Popped in during our stay in Joliette looking for a nice pair of bookshelf speakers and was amazed by the knowledgeable staff and selection of products. Got to see the Panasonic OLED TV for the first time in person and it was head and shoulders above the junk I found at big box stores. Unfortunately I needed front ported bookshelf speakers and they only had rear ported ones but I would highly recommend this store, even if you live out of town. Honest advice is hard to come by and quality components last for decades.”
