“Nice beach on a beautiful lake. Not great for swimming unless you are 2 feet tall. There is a kayak rental place which is fun. Changing rooms are close by and there is a little shop if you get hungry or thirsty. They even play music which creates a fun atmosphere on the beach!”

“We had an issue with changing tickets due to snowstorm, but in the end they did change the date on the tickets. So we were able to go. It was pretty good experience. BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL. We didn't realize we had to bring our own towel, so we ended up buying towels from them for $10/towel. That needs to be specified somewhere on the ticket or website clearly. Other water parks we've been to provided free towels. One thing I would like to see changed is the temperature of the water in the shallow section for the kids, it was a tad bit cold and my daughter cried. The main pool area seemed to be a bit warmer than the darker kids section. The other thing that we weren't happy about, we couldn't go on the lazy river with our 16 month old. Kids have to be 3 years and up to go with parents. I understand safety, but if Disney water parks allow little kids (our daughter was 6 months) on the lazy river with parents I don't see why they can't. Life jacket, parent holding the baby, and everything will be fine.”

“A truly fantastic experience through and through. If you have any reservations as far as sleeping in the ice hotel I can assure you that you will not regret it. We had an excellent night guide who made the experience smooth and fun and all the staff were friendly and helpful. English and French speakers are both catered to throughout the experience. Overall, I would go again and I would recommend that others do as well.”
