“Je suis allée dans plusieurs magasins avant d'aller chez meubles RD. pourquoi j'ai aimée meubles RD ? 1. j'ai trouvée le meilleur deal sur mon matelas. (payé 700$ d'une valeur de 1300 $. ) 2. Ils offrent un excellent plan de financement parfait pour mon budget d'étudiante. 3. Ils y avait plus d'options que les autres magasins respectant mon budget. 4. ils n'avaient pas mon matelas en stock. Le recevoir prendra 2-3 jours ( les autres magasins proposaient 7 à 10 jours ouvrables.) ce que je n'ai pas aimée de Meubles RD : 1. J'ai eue le service le moins professionnel de tous les magasins visités. On ne m'a pas offert d'oreillés pour essayer les matelas. J'ai fais le constat au vendeur que je n'ai pas d'oreillé et il m'a simplement dit que de ce côté du magasin il y a pas d'oreillés au lieu d'aller m'en chercher un. On ne m'a pas non plus demander si je dormais plus sur le côté ou plus sur le dos. En résumé, y'a des bons deals, mais Je ne vous souhaite pas de tomber sur le vendeur que j'ai eue.”

“This store is decent - but not what it used to be. Several years ago, under the Rona banner, it was rare to spend more than a few minutes in an aisle before an employee would offer to help. There were always many check-outs open and the store as a whole had a positive vibe. Now, the employees seem spread thin - and sometimes come off as tired, disinterested or unhelpful. Last time I went there were only two check-outs open. To be fair, some staff have been courteous and helpful - but it hasn't been enough to offset what I feel is a negative trend. The change has been reflected in the shoppers: Where once it was one of the busiest hardware stores in the city, with parking often a challenge, it's now possible to park near the door amid noticeably thinner crowds.”
