(June 30, 2020, 8:28 pm)My experience here exceeded my expectations . Madeleine is very professional and went out of her way to respond to my request as a new client. She treated my cat with tender care and affection, even when my cat was VERY difficult. She has a solution for every problem, and her many years of experience show up in her confidence and expertise. She even called the next day to follow up on our experience! If there was a 6th star to give, she'd have it!
