Boeuf Cochon Steak + Bar

I had their whole lobster (market price 40$ today) with vegetables and rice, and soup of the day (lobster bisque). Everything was excellent! Food was tasty and portions enormous. My dad had their seafood linguini for 24$ and it was a HUGE bowl filled to the brim with pasta, shrimp, mussels, etc. Get a reservation as the wait can be long. The waiter was super friendly.

Went there with family for supper. All i can say is WOW. The food is amazing, the wine has an awesome choice. But the service is outstanding!! So accommodating and professional. I have been to alot of 5 star restaurants and this one is right up there. The manager and the GM go around the tables and mingle with patrons as to improve their experience. The server we got was Nancy and she was a gem!! Will definitely be going back and recommend. This place is as good, if not better than any of Montreal's best steak houses.

We had mussels at st jerome. On the good side their portions are huge and after one portion you're full. However, they only have two flavors whiskey and marinara. The whiskey was way too rich. Almost impossible to finish the plate but It's expected since the sauce is made out of cream. Marinara was great. We asked for a cesr salad instead of fried. The waitress told us it would be a 4$ charge for replacement. It's expensive but fine. On our bill they had charged us nearly the double for the salad. We told our waitress who told us "no that's the good price." She insisted on the price. It was pretty dishonest and disappointing. You're charging us 8$ for a small salad that replaces a fry? Overall the food was ok, but not good enough to make us want to go back after that incident.

Generous servings of salads, prime ribs, great selection of pleasant wines, desserts, in a very agreeable ambience in red. Excellent service, cozy seats, discount nights, easy access from the highway 15 and from Comfort Inn nearby. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful meal at Boeuf Cochon. My steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were amazing. It is one of the few times I have eaten everything, including all of the vegetables! The red wine sauce that accompanied my steak was delicious. The overall atmosphere was enjoyable and our server even brought out a birthday cake complete with sparkler for me. I would recommend this place for a lovely dinner out.
