“I was greeted by someone who then referred me to Heidi. She understood ALL of my concerns and was able to help me. She even made demonstrations and tested products on my skin which made me decide to purchase them. She knows what she’s taking about and unlike other Sephora employees seeing how perfect her makeup was made me want to get more tips from her. Her customer service was amazing and she took care of me throughout my entire visit at Sephora. I would definitely recommend her to any other shoppers. Came in for one 35$ product and she easily convinced me to get more and ended up leaving with 5 products with a 250$ worth. She’s also a good seller haha. Overall great experience, I will definitely be back and will ask for her again.”
