“We searched a lot for a furniture provider, and are happy with Groupe Focus. Here is the good an the bad: GOOD Excellent prices A lot of choice Easy to work with Very professional service Friendly, fast, efficient installation BAD Long delays until delivery. Order well in advance. One delivery had broken furniture, and another was in complete. Now we fall back into the long delays, which are costly to us, as we need those desks. Not much selection in the used furniture department. This I do not understand. All the furniture stores are telling us that they are not interested in picking up their used furniture because they are over-stocked, but when we want to buy, they don't have much, and what they have is almost as expensive as the new stuff. SUMMARY Despite this annoyance, on the balance the experience is positive. We will use them again, and I would recommend them.”

“Worked there for almost a year and a half and I have been going to this RONA for years and it's seriously the best costumer service you will have in any RONA. There is not as much stuff on the inside as say a RONA L'ENTREPÔT, but the courtyard is absolutely huge and there is everything you need for big renovations (wood, roof material, metal ...)”
