First of all, the response after sending a request via their website was particularly fast! Taking steps to submit a quote to us was also quick. Mr. Nelson showed up for our scheduled appointment on time and on the date as scheduled. The price proposal was given to us the same day as I remember. Having this question, I contacted Mr. Nelson on several occasions who was able to answer all my questions. The turf was laid in two days. The team was more than professional and we noticed a very good bond between the employees. Many have been employed for several years, that says a lot about the company :). The installation of the turf was carried out 1 week after the new post was planted for a new mesh fence. One of the posts has not solidified as it should. Mr. Mathieu, from Terrasse Deville, notified me of the problem and thanks to him, I was able to quickly rectify with the company that installs the fence for a quick installation of a second post. Following the casting of this pole the team had to work around it and was not able to finish the same day. However, Mr. Nelson came to rectify everything once the concrete had set and completed the work as he had promised us. Without forgetting the cleaning carried out on my land as well as on public roads. Everything has been thought of and accomplished well! I have nothing but good words for this company.
