(July 6, 2017, 5:48 pm)I needed an emergency pump-out and my normal guy couldn't make it for a few days. I had renters at my house and this was a true emergency. This is out of the territory served by Beauregard but they responded immediately and dispatched a truck right away and only charged me minimally extra for the extra mileage. Elapsed time: only 2 hours! The guy arrived and took care of the problem right away and saved my rental income or need to refund a portion, or having my guests leave completely. Its nice to know that when they say they respond in an emergency, they really do. I may make them my regular pump-out service. Terry R.
