Awesome kayaking experience, beautiful scenery, kid friendly too, I took a double kayak w my 5y , it's a good two hours, current helps in certain areas; the beginning is very shallow and you end up in lac Raymond. Am not giving it a 5 stars for two areas of improvement:
1- check-in process even if pre-booked took over 30min ... Needs to be faster (e.g. give the forms to people to fill out while in line)
2- 90% of people bike back, am part of 10% that wanted shuttle service because I was my 5y ... It took over 30min because It's not really a shuttle service, it's the van that brings the bikes and then returns the kayaks and fits 7 people only... So you might need to wait for a couple of vans to come and go ... Avoid the shuttle and bike if you can

You book online but still you have to wait in the line until someone gives you a form to fill out and asks for your driving license. Make sure to be there 15 mins in advance so you can profit your time fully!

Great fun activity! Kayaking, then biking. The staff was super nice
