“It's my first time dealing with BBQ Prestige, and I was satisfied with the service since they had the burner in stock for my old Napoleon grill. A more local competitor who I trusted did not, and would not make any effort to obtain it. Another based in Ottawa claimed to have it in stock, but after making me wait 8 days, I called them to find they couldn't find it even though I had paid them up front for it.
