Though the dealership did not have the specific vehicle I was looking for in stock, Hugo went above and beyond to help me find one that would fit my needs. He took the time and actively searched for alternative options that would fit my criteria. Hugo made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I had a sort of controversial experience, I had an official recall on my car ... I immediately booked an appointment, a month an half before cause was apparently overbooked for the whole time. Got the place... nobody knew about that appointment, and my booking was never in their system. Who was in charge to deal with that,had not clue to what was going on. I had to ask for a Manager to get help, because the answer from who was in charge to deal with that was ... "oh well we can only give you another appointment"... Turned up that the manager ( Mr . Martin Noel, I never would thank you enough) let in my car and they did the job in 40 min.
Now my question is : " is all that acceptable? Or something like that can be avoided?"

Amazing service and after sale service! Our salesman Derek was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He understood our needs and went above and beyond with providing pertinent vehicle instructions, car delivery and warranty information. Always great service at 440 Ford. From the moment I bought the car a few years ago with the sales person and admin people to the after service now. Robert as my service person is always patient and explains things thoroughly and they take all of your issues seriously no matter how small or obscure. Waiting room is also big and nice and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to go there va other dealerships I have been to in my life.
