I’m from out of town and I called the closer dealerships to downtown first and no one would see me. One said I’d have to wait a week to fix my tire and the other wouldn’t answer the phone. I have the tire and rim warranty they sell. So I needed to go to a dealer. Anyways Laval answered the phone told me come in the next day. They got the tire and took care if everything. First class dealer! The others could learn something about customer service. Special thanks to Don for talking to me while I waited and Chantal for her prompt service in customer care.

My appointment from the very moment I walked in went exactly as it should be when any client walks into an establishment. Daniel helped me and I felt valued and taken care of with a sense of understanding and enough encouragement, leaving me feeling like I was in good hands. Upon first visit he showed me the cars I was interested in and we found the perfect vehicle for me at the right price. Service was exceptional, even that of Jessica in the end for the financing. The woman at the front was very kind and inviting with a genuine smile. I am anticipating the delivery of my new vehicle and looking forward to my next visit.
