“Excellent service à la réception! Très accueillante! je tiens également à remercier Dr Min pour ses précieux conseils et son professionnalisme! Toutefois, son assistante est très déplaisante depuis le début (ca fait 7 ans et je ne comprend pas pourquoi elle est encore là). Pas sympathique du tout. Aussi, elle ne fait aucun effort pour prononcer mon prénom correctement même après plusieurs corrections. Mon nom est plutôt facile à prononcer, seulement les idiots sont incapables. La salle d’attente est assez petite et quand elle est venu me chercher, elle ne me trouvait pas dans la salle d’attente (j’étais assise juste devant elle dans son champ de vision et elle dit à la réceptionniste qu’elle ne me trouve pas. J’etais également la seule patiente qui etait assise). Ceci est un niveau exceptionnellement élevé de la stupidité. Sa description: madame aux cheveux blond, perdue. Jumelée avec Dr Min pour toutes opérations jusqu’à date. Retirez ça de l’equipe et ce sera parfait. En somme, merci pour votre service et à très bientôt!”

I've had a file there for 6 years, l moved out 2 hours away from where l used to live (which was a couple blocks away from the dentist ). l now live 2 hour and a half away by car ...but it's totally worth it! ”
