There needs to be a reason to walk a place like that - it can not be the chocolate or the nice girl at the counter.

It needs to be about Amazing Ice cream - the reason for being needs to be the ice cream and the fantastic cone.

Not the high prices - the overdone chocolate dip on an average cone.

It can't be 15$ for 2 cones - I can get at Costo with better ice cream in a much nicer waffle cone for $5 bucks.

The ice cream business is a volume business - dairy queen owns the market - they coupon us to death.

We go there because their reason for being is the ice cream - not their toppings - good ice cream and fare prices - yield volume business.

Do not run your ice cream business like a clothes boutique in a strip mall that no one walks into.

Good Luck will go back - but it needs to be about the ice cream not the chocolat.

Great place in general. There is a large variety at a good price. I loved the service.
I find the place is too crowded.
