“New restaurant just opened in Joliette, i was so excited to come and try Shack Attakk however i was disappointed in the lack of food taste. I had just very ordinary fries, my hot dog tasted like costco beef hot dog sausage and the salad or attempt of a coleslaw lack of taste. I heard people at the next table saying that the fries and poutine was just ordinary. Clients like to be waited on and not everyone in the restaurant understood the concept of ordering first and then they will bring the food to you at your table. I never saw anybody cleaned the tables after the clients left and the ustensils bucket needed to be filled. I wish them all the luck because there’s potential but management needs to tweek the concept and food taste ASAP.”

“First time I went to this restaurant at Dix 30. Staffs were friendly. The decorations of the restaurant are very stunning and beautiful. And the cocktails were very delicious (especially coriander smash). Why did I give three stars because the food was just average. And we had also ordered three appetizers and one of the appetizer came later on. So one of our friend was watching us while we were eating. And her appetizer came later when we finished. Overall, good place to hangout if you like cocktails.”

“First time trying this spot! Although they were a bit lost with the service and running around, everyone was very nice! The place looks nicely decorated! I give them 4 star because I know their service can be better and the food looked good and tasted good but it was a bit cold when it was served! I know they just opened and probably need more time to adjust! Keep it up!”

“Wonderful ice cream shop! We drove by thinking it was closed (we arrived around 10:11pm and they close at 10:30pm). When we went in, the woman said she was still open and she was willing to serve us. We appreciated that and that's definitely a factor in my rating. She told us about the flavors that were still available (vanilla, chocolate, espresso, chocolate hazelnut, peanut butter and a few others). I ordered the chocolate hazelnut and it was delicious. I loved that it was made in house. I also loved how flavorful, rich, and creamy it was. I'm thinking about going back tomorrow evening!”

“It really seems like such a random thing that an ice cream shop would have ramen for offer. I don’t really care anymore, this ramen was delicious! We got takeaway and it stayed nice and warm for our 20 minute drive home. They kept the broth separate from all the noodles and additions, which is always good. Cracking open the container with the ramen, veggies, and egg released such a delicious amazing aroma, it smelled so good. I inhaled my ramen and drank down the broth so quickly, it was absolutely delicious. You MUST get an egg with it, they are marinated and absolutely divine. I opted for the Dalla rose which differs from the basic with the addition of Kimchi and shiitake. The addition of these two were not much, I would probably opt to get the basic with an additional egg to get the most for that $2 in difference. Overall, super super good!”

“Good portions, the coleslaw was very good and refreshing and the ox tail had the perfect fatty and meaty ratio. The rice and the sauce were good but i was waiting for a punch of flavours…there was a missing fragrance or herbs in the recipe.”

“I am completely awestruck by the extraordinary quality of these cupcakes! They are truly a culinary marvel! 🤩 Located conveniently near my office in St. Henri, this bakery has quickly become our favorite destination whenever my coworkers and I yearn for delectable treats. Let me delve into the sheer magnificence of their Quebec apple pie, which can only be described as a work of art. Each mouthwatering bite is an explosion of flavors, as the harmonious blend of spices delicately waltzes on my taste buds. This pie achieves a remarkable equilibrium of sweetness, making it an absolute delight for anyone with a penchant for sugary indulgences. However, what truly sets it apart is the flawlessly crafted crust. The pastry is phenomenally flaky, offering a tantalizing contrast to the heavenly filling. It's a symphony of textures and flavors that will undoubtedly leave you yearning for more. While I have also savored their alluring assortment of mini pies, I must emphasize that the 10" pies are the epitome of culinary excellence. These larger pies boast an even more generous serving of the tantalizing filling, ensuring that every slice is brimming with delectable goodness. Trust me, the 10" pies are well worth every additional mouthful!”

“Arthurs Nosh Bar is a delightful spot offering a unique breakfast and lunch menu that goes beyond the usual. The food is not only delicious but comes in satisfyingly generous portions. Be prepared for a sizable waiting line, averaging around 45 minutes to an hour. If you're planning to visit, it's worth considering the waiting time, but the exceptional food and cozy ambiance make it a worthwhile experience.”

“You need to go here! We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and taken to our table. Our water glasses were full the entire time thanks to the attentive waiters. Our server Gabe gave a fantastic wine recommendation and he made the experience so enjoyable! The atmosphere was beautiful between the dimmed lights and lovely music. The food was *chefs kiss*. “Our first ice cream of the season was on a beautiful sunny day and early enough to be maple taffee flavoured! But that was only one of the many, varied and delicious flavours that @cremeglaceebobec boast in their quaint, traditional eclectic ice cream shop. Not to mention the very long list of milkshake and slush flavours to quench that thirst when it gets even warmer”
