Formerly a student of Bryan Mattias I highly recommend this style of martial arts, as well as this specific location in Laval for any child or adult who may be considering in joining a martial arts school. Bryan knew how to always respectfully push me to my physical limit allowing me to reach my full potential while training. Although it has been a while since I last trained, I must say I appreciate up to today all that was taught to me via Bryan's teaching style both mentally and physically. Respect and discipline are fundamentals at this dojo which is extremely important and makes all the difference when choosing a school. An inviting and excellent location to help yourself train to be in physical shape, master self defense, and be part of another family. I could not recommend a better teacher or style of martial arts.
