I’ve visited here 2 times for my pregnancy. Dre Desjardins and the staffs are super nice and considerate. I have unavoidable long vacation and they even made plan B for me for the check up when I’m not available to get the appointment. : )

Very happy with this clinque. Its my second pregnancy and evey followup has been quik and easy. They send you reminders by text and email so you don't forget.

Dr. Was professional and attentive. Like the other comments below. The admin nurses (sec. Of the Drs.) are patient and clearly explain and take the time to review details, and knowledgeable on the tests and processes in place, they are efficient and remain attentive to details.

However, the interactions with secretary staff is so negative that the entire process becomes negative.
In person the secretaries at the front are unprofessional borderline rude, while waiting you also hear the negative interactions these are having on the phone.
The secretary advised a caller they dialled the incorrect option and told her to hang up and call again and select the correct option.
I rated four stars as with pandemic keeping staff and hiring staff has been an issue for many places, the medical field is a difficult one. But this is a detail that was unpleasant and shouldn’t reflect on the Drs and nurses and their personal administrators.
There is a minimum of customer service that should be upheld at the front entrance.

I had a question for covid 19 vaccination and was demeaned by the secretary staff for calling. But then transferred me to a Drs secretary. This individual was kind, put me on hold to obtain correct information.
