Like other indigo stores, this store is spacious, clean and makes for a good shopping experience. The staff are always friendly and fast. They also imposed limits on store visitors during the pandemic.

I don't know of any other chain or type of establishment with better customer service. The staff at Chapters / Indigo locations are all simply amazing and always willing to help. They go above and beyond.
I've also never seen an Indigo location and thought "yikes this should be cleaned". Also it looks great after the renovations.

Amazing store. They have unfortunately mastered the art of not answering the phone.

Wide selection of books, the staff is courteous. You can call and ask for a book, they will verify and leave at the cash for pickup. Fast and convenient
