“I don't know of any other chain or type of establishment with better customer service. The staff at Chapters / Indigo locations are all simply amazing and always willing to help. They go above and beyond. I've also never seen an Indigo location and thought "yikes this should be cleaned". Also it looks great after the renovations.”
