2-3 customers in the store and the lady messed my order. My coffee tasted like old coffee.

Usually very fresh and tasty 3/4 of the time. Last time, though, they were placed in the box already soggy and barely any remaining crunch at all. I normally order around supper time, it can be quite the wait, but worth it, and you see them being made. But last time I went around 14:00, I was the only one there and it took the lady a single minute to pack my box of 30, from the moment I paid. She definitely didn’t make them in front of me. I figured she had made a batch right before I came, but I should’ve known better. Was clearly sitting there for a while.

Great service had a bad experience with ubereats, came by the store with my mom the employee was very polite and nice was apologetic resolved our issue it was a very positive experience. We came by the store again and the boss recognized us and was very nice explained what could have gone wrong was very professional and welcoming issues happen but what matter is how workers treat their customers and I can not say anything negative thank you so much guys!

By far the best Mr. Puffs in Laval. The food is always freshly prepared, the place is very well maintained and the staff goes above and beyond your expectations. I strongly recommend for you to come and see for yourself! 5 stars +++

Excellent service from the staff. Delicious food and I strongly recommend the milkshakes oh là là! A very nice and clean ambiance, kids adore this place!
