After just a few minutes my case was handled by agent Anna. She was extremely helpful, fast and professional. All done very fast giving me all details and photocopies. Five stars to her! Thank you Anna! For your info, it was about an OAS application, and was very fast, but it was the same for other people for waiting for passports as well, no waiting time at all. It seems the Covid19 crisis is over. I hope this helps and you can disregard those negative reviews.”
